Designing futures. Building movements. Honoring culture.
Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, Adrean Enrique Rodriguez lives at the intersection of faith, culture, and creativity. His work — whether creating visual art, designing brands, or advocating for others — is an extension of a deeper calling: to serve, to build, and to inspire, all while keeping God at the center.
He is the visionary behind Gilded Coquí, a creative studio specializing in tailored web, branding, and graphic design.
Through travel, he seeks not just new sights, but new understandings — opening his heart to the pace, beauty, and wisdom of different cultures. Each journey becomes a source of inspiration, breathing new life into his art and creative work.
Adrean Enrique’s creative work has been exhibited at the Wadsworth Atheneum, the oldest public art museum in the United States. He was also honored by the City of Hartford with the Latino Heritage Award for the Arts — recognizing his contributions to the cultural landscape.
Alongside his creative pursuits, Adrean Enrique has spent over a decade advocating for workers’ rights. He proudly serves as Director within an international labor union representing more than 2.7 million members, organizing campaigns that strengthen worker power and drive lasting change. His passion for building stronger communities runs through every aspect of his work.
He currently resides in Connecticut with his wife, son, and their dog, Monty.
Guided by faith, fueled by culture, and grounded in service, Adrean Enrique’s journey is a testament to the belief that what we build today can shape a better tomorrow.
